Dave Lilly, CEO
Dave Lilly co-founded GroundWork in 2004 and is currently the company’s CEO.
Prior to GroundWork, Dave was Chief Executive Officer/President of 5 high tech companies including SiteRock and Litton Integrated Automation. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy and served as a Nuclear Submarine Engineer, Nuclear Engineering Section Manager and Software Division General Manager.
Dave has an MBA from Rutgers.
David Dennis, VP, Marketing and Business Development
David Dennis joined the ranks of GroundWork in 2007 as Sr. Director of Marketing & Business Development and in 2010 became VP of Marketing and Business Development.
David has 15 years of experience in the enterprise IT space, having held senior marketing and technical marketing positions at Mercury Interactive, HP, and Symantec, as well as startups Centrata and Levanta.
David completed his undergrad studies at Stanford and professional studies at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Gabriella Mele, VP of Finance
Gabriella Mele joined GroundWork in 2006 as Finance Director and in 2011 became the company’s VP of Finance and Administration.
Gabriella has gained experience in all aspects of accounting, HR and financial reporting at established companies and start-ups including Kranz & Associates, JasperSoft, and Actify.
Gabriella graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milano, Italy.
Roger Ruttimann, VP of Engineering
Roger Ruttiman joined GroundWork in 2004 as Director Software Development & Lead Architect and in 2011 became the company’s VP of Engineering & Quality
Before holding his current position at GroundWork, Roger has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at both Advent and Autodesk.
He is a graduate of Ecole Technique HES Neuchatel in Switzerland.
Mark Carey, Director of Support
Mark Carey joined GroundWork in 2008 as a system support engineer, a position he held for 3 years. He is now the company’s Director of Support Services.
Prior to joining GroundWork, Mark held system admin positions at Kadiri, Neopost Online, PacketMotion and Digital Fountain overseeing both Windows and Linux based environments. Mark is a Patten University graduate.
Rajesh Krishnan, Director of Product Marketing
Rajesh Krishnan is an experienced marketer and product manager who has developed, launched, and sold a wide variety of software products.
Prior to GroundWork, Rajesh held product management and marketing roles at Certain, Inc., and InVisM. Before this, Rajesh helped launch IBM’s storage virtualization and management software division, which went from zero to 1000+ customers in its first year.
Rajesh is an avid event planner for the Stanford and Chicago Booth alumni clubs and lives in San Francisco, CA.
Kevin Stone, Director of Professional Services
Kevin Stone has worked at GroundWork since 2007 providing development and delivery of complex professional services projects to customers.
Before joining GroundWork, Kevin gained broad experience in many areas of information technology while working at Wells Fargo, Savvis and Exodus Communications.
