Enterprise NPO Overview
GroundWork provides software solutions that can help qualifying nonprofit organizations, charities, and open source projects manage their IT infrastructure. The GroundWork Nonprofit Organization (NPO) program provides an opportunity for such organizations who would otherwise be unable to afford our product.
GroundWork Monitor NPO is functionally identical to GroundWork Monitor Enterprise Flex. Approved organizations will receive a free NPO license key good for one year. After one year, the free NPO license key may be renewed. Organizations approved for an NPO license must agree to be listed as a reference and to participate in a case study, if asked.
If you have an environment of 50 devices or less we suggest that you apply for GroundWork Monitor Core. The application process is much simpler than that of the NPO offering and you will be automatically approved.

Nonprofit Organizations
NPO licenses are designed for the following nonprofit organizations:
- Non-profit
- Non-government
- Non-academic
- Non-commercial
- Non-political
- Secular
Your organization must meet ALL of the above criteria to be eligible.

Open Source Projects
As a way of giving back to the community and saying “thanks” for the number of Open Source components we use in our product, GroundWork also offers free NPO licenses to qualified open source projects. If your project meets the following requirements, you may be eligible for an NPO license:
- Established code base
- Publicly available project website
- Using an approved open source license
