Victor Shepherd brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience in the technology industry to GroundWork with a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth. Vic specializes in turning around companies with flat revenue growth. His leadership has enabled companies to reestablish technological and market leadership.
Vic is a graduate of Grand Valley State University where he received his bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Michael Hale is responsible for driving revenue growth and customer acquisition through leadership of the global sales and channel management team at GroundWork. Having spent more than 30 years running global sales organizations, the majority of which were in the software industry, Mike brings a wide range of executive leadership expertise to the GroundWork team.
Mike is a graduate of Aquinas College where he received his bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Over the last 20 years, Mike Grinzinger served as CFO in the software, telecommunications, and distributions industries. Prior to joining GroundWork and Fox Technologies, Inc., Mike was CFO at Iserv, a telephone and internet service provider where he led 30 acquisitions during a period of extensive growth and process reengineering. Mike uses his process engineering expertise to support the financial function at GroundWork.
He began his career with Deloitte and Touche in 1980, after receiving his bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University.
As chief technology officer, Mark Lambiase is responsible for product management, engineering, and customer support at GroundWork and Fox Technologies. Mark comes to GroundWork with over 15 years of experience designing, building, implementing, and supporting a broad range of identity, authentication, and other related security technologies. In the past, he has served as chief security architect and director of research at SecureAuth.
Since 2004, Hans has performed critical technical and leadership roles in field engineering, professional services, training, sales engineering, and solution architect. Now as VP of Operations Hans is responsible for Customer Delivery of Professional Services, Support, and Training.
Before coming to GroundWork, Hans had a broad range of experience in the computer industry. He served in the US Navy and held many technical and management positions with Dimetrics, Eldorado Electrodata, Century Computer, TRW, Fortune Systems, and Teknekron. Hans attended UC Berkeley.
One of the original GroundWork founders, Thomas recently re-joined the GroundWork team as Director of Sales Engineering.
Thomas is an experienced manager, developer, systems engineer, and open source evangelist. He has worked most recently in the Domain Name industry as COO at Gandi US, a domain name registrar, and in managed services at SiteRock corporation.
Thomas holds an BA in applied mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley, and has held several networking and security credentials. at various times.
Mark Carey joined GroundWork in 2008 as a system support engineer, a position he held for 3 years. He is now the company’s Director of Support Services.
Prior to joining GroundWork, Mark held system admin positions at Kadiri, Neopost Online, PacketMotion and Digital Fountain overseeing both Windows and Linux based environments. Mark is a Patten University graduate.
Heather is experienced at directing marketing and communications programs for existing and prospective customers in global high-tech industries. Prior to joining GroundWork, Heather held marketing positions at Fox Technologies, Knape and Vogt Manufacturing, and Leica Geosystems.
Heather is a graduate of the University of Michigan where she earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial design. As a graduate student, she has studied marketing management and communications at Grand Valley State University.
