GroundWork System Administrator Training & Certification
The GroundWork System Administrator training is lab-intensive, so you’ll get plenty of hands-on experience. Labs are held in the Amazon Cloud with trainees assigned individual Windows and Linux instances.
This is a 6-day inclusive course delivered over a 3 week period. All dates are Tuesdays and Wednesdays and run from 8am to 2pm PST.

System Administrator Training
In the GroundWork System Administrator course you’ll gain an understanding of the GroundWork Monitor system necessary to monitor and maintain your IT infrastructure.
This course is instructor-led online training and is lab-intensive. Prerequisites include knowledge of basic Linux, Windows desktop, network terms, subnets and protocols. The curriculum includes:
- Part I: Getting Started with GroundWork Monitor
- Part II: Employing Monitoring Methods
- Part III: Visualizing & Managing Monitoring Data
Want to become GroundWork certified?
The GroundWork Certified System Administrator (GWCSA) certification tests the core system administration knowledge and skills for using GroundWork Monitor Enterprise.
The certification is curriculum and performance based and is awarded to participants upon completion of the GroundWork System Administrator Training (or equivalent knowledge) and passing of the GWCSA certification exam. This is a one-week self-paced exam.
